Each year, the festival celebrates projects that demonstrate architectural excellence while making a meaningful contribution to the places they inhabit.
Designed by Monk Mackenzie, York House has been recognised for its distinctive architectural expression and thoughtful response to its Parnell setting.
Defined by a sculptural curved façade, ribbed concrete exterior, and generous landscaped terraces, the design balances striking form with an exceptional living experience. It's an honour to see York House recognised alongside some of the world's leading architectural projects.
