Construction continues to progress well, with the recent removal of the tower crane marking a major project milestone and the transition into the internal fit-out phase.
Across the building, works are advancing steadily, including kitchen installations, stone benchtops, timber flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, ceiling linings, cladding and first fix services.
Progress has been made on every level, with windows now substantially complete and framing finished on the upper levels. The focus over the coming months will remain on completing apartment finishes, common areas and building services as the project continues to move towards completion
